We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We will only use your information for the purposes for which it was collected, and to respond to your online consultation query(ies). We will not, under any circumstances, disclose, sell, or license your information to anyone outside of our organization, or to third parties without your express permission except in the following circumstances: i) to protect ourselves from liability; ii) to respond to a legal process or comply with the law, including cooperation with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting any user that is not qualified to provide services and/or provides
misleading or inaccurate information; or iii) in a limited number of jurisdictions and legal fields, to have your case reviewed by a law firm that practices in the area of law of your case. An attorney from that firm may review your information to determine the validity of your claim and may contact you to discuss your question and possible representation. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, publications, invitations and other marketing materials, new products or services that may be of interest to you, or changes to this privacy policy.
